Often designing a part and approaching a supplier can be daunting without a background in machining and or C.A.D design. Maybe you aren’t sure how to produce a machinist friendly drawing? You may want support optimising your part to reduce manufacturing costs, or maybe you want a prototype to see first hand how everything fits together.
That is where we come in, we can arm you with C.A.D. files, drawings and a prototype so you can check the final design of your part and so you can obtain the best possible quotes for production. We can both signpost you to suitable suppliers with the correct machinery or take on production ourselves.
Maybe you run a production line with worn or broken parts, but the original supplier has ceased training? We can help re-create the part in question, assist with a production run of spares and supply a drawing/C.A.D. file so that you are able to deal with the breakdown more quickly in the future.

We will gladly provide a quote at the same time, with no obligation to proceed with us when it comes to manufacture. This means you can obtain multiple quotes not just for the first order, but every time you need to re-order. We will remain competative and flexible for as long as you need us.
