2. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations provided by the Company are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, sometimes due to market volatility in material prices this term will be reduced to as little as 2 days.
  • Orders are accepted subject to the availability of materials and capacity. An order is only confirmed once written acceptance or an official invoice is issued by the Company.
  • Client-supplied CAD files, technical drawings, and specifications form the basis of manufacture. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided data.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are specified in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT (if applicable) and delivery charges unless explicitly stated.
  • For bespoke design, prototyping, or production runs, payment terms (such as upfront deposits or milestone payments) will be specified in the formal quote/invoice.
  • Invoices must be paid in full according to the agreed credit terms. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Design Services & Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Client IP: Any pre-existing intellectual property, drawings, or models provided by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client.

  • Once full payment is received, ownership of the final specified CAD models, technical drawings, and custom physical parts is transferred to the Client.

5. Manufacturing Tolerances and Materials

  • Parts manufactured via 3D printing, CNC machining, or manual methods are produced in accordance with standard industry tolerances for the chosen manufacturing process unless custom tolerances are explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to production.
  • Material characteristics (e.g., strength, finish, heat resistance) vary by production method. Advice provided by the Company regarding material suitability is given in good faith but without warranty for specific end-use applications.

  • The Client must inspect all delivered goods or completed services upon receipt. Any defect, shortage, or damage must be reported in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
  • If a defect caused by our manufacturing or design fault is verified, our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected part(s).

7. Cancellation and Modifications

  • Due to the custom nature of CAD design, rapid prototyping, and custom manufacturing, orders cannot be cancelled once production or design work has commenced.
  • Any modifications requested after order confirmation may incur additional charges and cause delivery adjustments.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, loss of profit, or loss of business arising out of or in connection with the supply of our Services.
